Befesa gets a contract with Cepsa to provide cleaning services in its workplaces

Cepsa has awarded to Befesa Gestión de Residuos Industriales, S.L. the cleaning services with mixed equipments of impulse and suction for routine maintenance of its workplaces Cepsa Refinería Gibraltar-San Roque, Cepsa Química Guadarranque y Cepsa Química Puente Mayorga. The contract period is three years, beginning the 1st of January 2012, but extendable for two years more.

For this service, the company has acquired a fleet of eight trucks with these features:

- Working pressure of the equipment: 250-700 bar in a continuous way.

- Vacuum: 300 mbar in a continuous way.

- Tank capacity: 7-9 m3 sludge and 3-3.5 m³ clean water.

- Water flow under pressure: at 700 bar, 70 dm³/min (+ / - 10%); at 250 bar, 220 dm³/min (+ / - 10%).

- Air flow intake: 2,220 m³/ h (+ / - 10%).

Also, Befesa Gestión de Residuos Industriales, S.L, has extended its staff with 20 people more to face this service.
